1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Saaro app or visiting getsaaro.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Saaro is operated by Saurabh Kulkarni (PodGenie AI). Contact: hello@getsaaro.com.

2. The service

Saaro is a podcast application that provides AI-generated chapter summaries and chapter-level playback controls. The app is currently in private beta. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@getsaaro.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Saaro to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or any third-party systems.
  • Circumvent or abuse any technical measures we use to protect the service.
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the service through automated means without our written permission.

5. No warranties

Saaro is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PodGenie AI and Saurabh Kulkarni will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Saaro at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in abusive behavior, or used the service for illegal purposes. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@getsaaro.com.

8. Third-party content and podcasts

Saaro streams podcast audio from third-party RSS feeds and CDNs. We do not host or distribute podcast audio files. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party podcasts. Your use of podcast content is subject to the terms of the respective podcast creators and distributors.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and notify you via the app or email if the changes are material. Continued use of Saaro after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the courts located in California.
